Scooch is a London based pet healthcare start-up. They started their journey as an e-commerce platform, commercialising human-grade products for furry friends.
In 2022, they were looking for ways in which they can turn their business from e-commerce, to a fully fledge pet healthcare platform, where dog owners can assess, track and improve their pet's health.
We helped them on all design related aspects, from discovery to final design.

We started working with the Scooch team when they were in the early phases of defining the platform. Throughout this process, they were looking at a new target audience, with radically different needs than their core product.
We kicked things off with a Discovery workshop, where we went deeply into the target audience, benchmarked against competitors and industry leaders, and defined the next steps.

We quickly went from exploration to delivery, going through multiple iteration rounds before handing the MVP over to the Scooch in-house team.
Following further usability testing and decision-making rounds, the product was successfully launched, aiming to enhance the daily lives of pet owners.
