Burberry is a global luxury brand with a rich British heritage. Since its inception in 1856, they became one of Britain's most loved brands, with millions of loyal customers worldwide.
In 2017, we've embedded within their design team to bring Burberry's web experience to the App ecosystem. Our main focus was on merging the in-store and digital experiences through features such as Monogramming & Find in store, plus designing key aspects of the Discovery journey.

Burberry had already established an exceptional web experience, which not only showcased their brand's digital growth but also provided us with a robust foundation for developing the app.
Throughout the course of this project we conducted benchmarking sessions, customer interviews, and multiple workshops with the Burberry in-house team. These activities played a pivotal role in deepening our understanding of how we could leverage the native ecosystem to craft an unparalleled digital experience.
